Problems and Their Countermeasures in Technique Innovation of the Small-Medium Scale Enterprises in China

在对技术创新及其基本特征研究的基础上,分析了我国中小企业技术创新的现状及其存在的问题,并提出了从加强企业多主体的合作和构建适当的激励机制两方面来提高我国中小企业技术创新水平的若干建议和对策。

Based on the research of technique innovation and its fundamental characteristic, the author analyzes the present situation and existing problems in the technique innovation of the small - medium scale enterprises in our country, and brings up some countermeasures about how to improve the technique innovation level in small- medium scale enterprises from strengthening multibody cooperation and establishing proper incentive mechanism.
