摘要
文章旨在运用体裁教学法观点探寻篇章结构图式理论知识对英语阅读教学的影响,以培养学习者从认知角度体会篇章结构的构建过程和特定交际目的,从而提高他们的阅渎速度和理解能力。
This paper tries to illustrate the advantages of using genre - based approach and schema theory to improve English majors'reading abilities effectively. The teaching model mentioned above is believed to be helpful for English majors to foster their habits of appreciating and recogninzing both the construction and the writing purpose of an article so as to quicken their reading speed and improve their reading comprehension.
