随着我国经济体制改革工作的不断深入 ,市场经济体系日益完善 ,投资规模不断扩大 ,为了充分发挥城市基础设施建设投资公司 (简称城投公司 )的功效 ,本文在分析城市基础设施建设投资公司现状的基础上 ,指出了其存在的问题 ,并就其发展提出了一些对策 ,这对如何经营好城市基础设施建设投资公司具有一定的指导作用。

With the deepening of economic system reform in our country,the market economic system has become more and more perfect,and the investment scale has been enlarged continuously.In order to bring the function of the investment companies of city infrastructure into full play,the article points out the existing problems based on the analysis about the present situation of the companies.It also puts forward some countermeasures.It has the guiding function to how to manage the investment companies of city infrastructure well.
