摘要
采用正交试验和单因子试验研究了温度和盐度对锥状斯氏藻(Scrippsiellatrochoidea)生长的影响。结果表明,温度为25℃、盐度为25是锥状斯氏藻的最佳生长条件,此时最大比生长率和种群细胞数达到最高。而过低或过高的温度或盐度均会抑制其生长。
Orthogonal designing method and single factor test were used to study the effects of water temperature and salinity on the growth of Scrippsiella trochoidea . The results showed that the best growth conditions are at 25℃ and 25, the maximum specific growth rate and the cell density are the highest. On condition that the water temperature or the salinity is too high or too low the growth of Scrippsiella trochoidea will be limited.
