邻菲啰啉分光光度法测定钒钛磁铁矿及辉石中的钒

摘要 钒的分光光度测定法很多,除形成[VO(H2O2)]^3+络合物的过氧化氢法和生成杂多酸的磷钒钨酸、磷钒钼酸等方法外,仅用于测定钒的有机试剂就有七十多种,惟在岩矿分析中只有磷钒钨酸和苯甲酰苯胲等少数方法应用较为广泛”。 A simple and rapid spectrophotometrie procedure is described for the determination of vanadium in vanadium titanic magnetite and augite. After fused with sodium carbonate, the sample is aqueous-extracted. The solution is allowed to stand before the clear solution is transferred into a flask with pipet. A blue colored complex of vanadium (Ⅱ) and 1, 10-phenanthroline is produced at 60-80℃ and a pH 8 to 9 in the presence of sodium hydrosulfite. Absorbance is measured after cooling at a wavelength of 645 mμ. Beer's law holds for concentrations ranging from 0.33 to 14 μg V2O5/ml. The method is satisfactory for determing vanadium in vanadium titanic magnetite and augite.
