论述了江苏连云港田湾核电站BOP淡水厂SCADA系统的设计和实现。该淡水厂是核电站的配套工程,系统采用了ModiconQuantumnPLC完成过程控制,实现了生产工艺过程的模拟量数据采集和回路控制。系统采用了WonderwareInTouch,在中控室可以监控生产过程、各测点参数、设备运行状态、重要参数及趋势等。MB+网络完成了信息和数据的交换,真正体现了分散控制、集中管理的原则。该系统配置合理,结构优良,使用产品性能卓越,自运行以来,性能稳定,获得该淡水厂好评。

The design and realization of the BOP water plant SCADA system of Tianwan Nuclear Power Station are discussed.The water plant is a part of the ruclear power station.The process control is preformed by adopting Modicon Quantumn PLC.The data picking and closed-loop control in production is realized.By using wonderware InTouch,many functions can be operated in control center, such as production monitoring,parameters in checking point,state of instrument running,key parameters and tendency etc. MB+net gives out the exchange of information and data.The system is running smoothly up to now.
