本文通过QBASIC给出了一种可以计算一万位以内的数的开平方的精确算法 ,计算结果的有效位数可达万位 。

This discussion suggests a way of exact calculation on extraction of square root for more then 10 thousand digits and the significant figure for at least 10000 by applying QBASIC language.It helps to solue the problem of no direct extraction of square root for multi number in other advanced computer languages.
