摘要
在比较常用的基于光电编码器的测速、测加速度方法的优缺点的基础上,本文提出了一种新的基于光电编码器的高精度测速和测加速度的方法,论述了软硬件的实现方法。并且针对编码器脉冲不均匀性对测速、测加速度精度的造成的影响,提出了一种软件处理的方法,很好的提高了精度。
By analyzing and comparing the existing ways of measuring velocity and acceleration based on photoelectric encoder, the paper proposed a new way of measuring the velocity and acceleration. How to design and realize the hardware and software is introduced. And how to improve the measuring accuracy influenced by the width error of the pulse is also introduced.
