摘要
通过伊朗AH-90沥青的乳化实验,考察了乳化剂、乳化剂剂量及稳定剂剂量对乳化结果的影响,找 出了制备乳化沥青的优化工艺条件,并用于实际生产。结果表明,利用伊朗AH-90沥青可以生产PC-1级和PC-3 级乳化沥青,而且使用效果良好。
The effects of emulsifier, the dosage of emulsifier and stabilizer were investigated in this paper based on the emulsion tests of Iran bitumen AH-90. The optimum technical conditions for producing emulsified asphalt were found out, and applied in actual production. The results show that emulsified asphalt PC-1 and PC-3 can be produced from Iran bitumen AH-90, and the practical effect is satisfying.
