本文首先介绍了WebCCTV监控系统的逻辑结构,并针对系统中的数据传输机制进行了分析;然后提出了基于分组对技术的复杂速率控制机制,并说明了相应的系统结构设计;最后给出了算法的仿真和分析。

This paper introduces the logic structure of the WebCCTV television system and focuses on the analysis of the data transfer mechanism of WebCCTV. Then, a complex control mechanism based on packet pair techniques is submitted, and the appropriate design of the system architecture is also described. Finally, the simulation and analysis of the algorithms are provided.
