摘要
对废棉、稻草培养料在栽培草菇全过程,各时期主要组分含量进行测定,结果表明:灰分基本恒定,有机质组分中纤维素、半纤维素不断被分解、利用,它们是草菇碳素营养的主要来源。木质素不能被草菇利用。氮的减少是由于子实体的形成。可溶性总糖、还原糖含量在发菌开始后上升。pH 值在7~8之间变化。电导率在发菌后急剧上升。铜、锌、铁、锰、钙、镁、钾,在出菇时往料上层集结极为显著。
The changes of main components in the cotton waste and rice straw sub- strates in the growing stages of straw mushroom(Volvariella volvacea)were investigated. The results showed that,contents of ash were basically inconstant,cellulose,hemicellu- lose in the organic matter were continuously decomposed and utilized by mushroom,the nitrogen content decreased due to the formations of fruithodies,the amounts of total solu- able sugar and reduced sugar were increased at the begining of mycelia running.The pH value changes between 7~8.The electric conductivity of substrate was drastrically rised. At fruiting stage,Cu^(++),Zn^(++),Fe^(++),Mn^(++),Ca^(++),K^(++),Mg^(++)accumulated signifi- cantly in the upper layer of the substrate.
