摘要
对石油化工企业施工用火的危险性和事故原因进行了系统分析,针对现有用火安全管理模式,从施工用火安全、环境与健康系统的深层次管理方面进行了探讨,提出了施工用火系统安全管理新的构想。
The danger during ignition and its accident cause were systematically analyzed in construction of petrochemical enterprise. In the aim at present safety management mode during ignition, deeper level of HSE system management was probed into, and new idea was brought forward.
