摘要
用1 mol/L HCl浸提植物中的铜、锌.测定结果与干灰化法的相关性极显著,并且较干灰化法重现性好,操作简便快速。
The determination results of copper, zinc in plants extracted with 1 mol/L HCl were highly siginificantly accordant with those with dry ashed method. The former method is quicker and handier, and the reappearance is better as compared with the latter method.
