摘要
分析了我国石油生产和消费的现状 ,结合国外主要国家的石油供应保障机制 ,对建立适合我国国情的石油储备保障体系的相关条件和要求进行了研究 ,指出建立国家石油储备保障体系是一项长期的基础建设工程 。
The status quo in production and consumption of petroleum in China is analyzed. The study on the relative conditions and requirements in establishing petroleum reserve security system in China with Chinese features is carried out. It is pointed out that the establishment of petroleum reserve security system is a long-term fundamental construction project needed to continuously study and develop.
