Application of Computer at the Hybritech

本文首次报导了用DBASEⅢ语言设计的、在IBMXT计算机上实现的两个处理系统,即测定处理系统(TDS)和冻存处理系统(FDS)。在杂交瘤工作中,使单抗测定结果的记录和细胞冻存的信息实现了计算机化。文中还对TDS和FDS的特点和计算机在实验室中的应用前景进行了讨论。

Two management systems , Test Data System (TDS) and Freezing Data System (FDS), which are written in DBASE III for an IBM XT computer, were first reported . It brought abou the computerization of the informatoin for the screening results of Monoclonal Antibodies and the storage of the Hybridoma Cell Lines at the Hybritech . The property of TDS and FDS and the gread prospect of the computer in Laboratory were also discussed .
