用栽培稻(Oryza sativa)的两个品种“IR64”和“IR74”,与两个野生稻种群O.officimalis(Acc. 100896,Acc.101399)和O.minuta(Acc.101089),组配了5个野栽杂交组合,基因配组为AA×CC和AA×BBCC。5个野栽杂交组合均获得了杂种,其中4个组合表现出较高的杂交结实率:IR64×O.officinalis(Acc.100896)为42.63%;IR64×O.officinalis(Acc.101399)为60.08%;IR74×O.officinalis(Acc.100896)为40.79%;IR74×O.officinalis(Acc.101399)为43.24%。从基因组型复杂,配组难度大的组合O.sativa×O.minuta(AA×BBCC)获得新的野栽杂种。通过对这5个组合109个野栽杂种幼胚的胚胎培养,挽救存活了38个幼胚,胚胎存活率达34.86%;诱导分化出杂种一代(F_1)植株31株,杂种植株得率为28.44%。
Five combinations of wild and cultivated rices were made by using two O. sativa varieties IR64 and IR74 crossed with O. officinalis and O. minuta, which had two genome types AA×CC and AA×BBCC. All the crosses produced hybrids and four of them showed higher fertilities. The fertilities for IR64×O. officinalis (Acc. 100896), IR64×O. officinalis (Acc. 101399), IR74×O. officinalis (Acc. 100896), and IR74×O. officinalis (Acc. 101399) were 42.63%, 60.08%, 40.79%, and 43.24% respectively. The new hybrids were got from the combination O. sativa×O, minuta (AA×BBCC) which was very improtant for hybridization. Cultured 109 embryos that came from the crosses, 38 of the embryos were alive by embryo rescue and the living rate was 34.86%, which differentiated 31 hybrid plants (F_1) and the plant rate was 28.44%.
