根据中国石油化工集团公司HSE管理体系中对承包商管理的要求 ,结合实践经验 ,从资格预审、选择承包商、开工前的准备、作业过程监督、承包商HSE表现评价5个方面 。
According to the requirement of HSE management system of China Petrochemical Corp to contractors, combining the practice experiences of the enterprise, the particular modus operandi in the course of putting into effect for the contractor's HSE management are discussed in five aspects, those are qualification pre-examination, contractors choice, preparative scheme check before work started, inspection of working process and appraisal of HSE performance of the contractor's.
