摘要 以镍铝合金粉末和适当有机聚合物粘结剂为原料 ,制备出可用于固定床加氢的颗粒状RaneyNi催化剂。X射线衍射、热重热差和原子吸收光谱分析结果表明 ,在成型合金颗粒焙烧过程中 ,合金中的NiAl3 相逐渐转化为Ni2 Al3 相。同时 ,有一小部分金属铝逐渐氧化生成α Al2 O3 ,可以提高催化剂的机械强度 ,并能抑制金属镍的氧化。催化剂活性的高压微反评价结果显示 ,固定床Raney镍催化剂的 2 辛酮加氢催化活性高于负载型镍催化剂。 Granule Raney nickel catalyst for fixed-bed hydrogenation reaction was prepared by extruding the Ni-Al alloy powder and organic polymers. The analytic results of XRD, TG-DTA and AAS methods show that NiAl_3 phase is gradually transformed to Ni_2Al_3 phase in the course of calcination in air at high temperature, while a small part of aluminum is gradually oxidized to form α-Al_2O_3, which can enhance the mechanical intensity for the catalyst and avoid oxidation of nickel as well. The activity evaluation results on high-pressure microreactor indicate that 2-octanone hydrogenating activity of fixed-bed Raney nickel catalyst is higher than that of the alumina-supported nickel catalysts.
