摘要
本文报导在小鼠模型系统中,应用ELISA方法对兔抗呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)免疫核糖核酸(i-RNA)诱生血清特异性抗体及抗体生成的动态进行观察。实验结果表明:抗呼吸道台胞病毒免疫核糖核酸(RSV-i-RNA)在小鼠体内具有诱生血清特异性抗体能力。RSV-i-RNA常规致敏后24h抗体水平明显增高,72h达高峰,11天左右降至正常水平,RNase处理使RSV-i-RNA诱生血清特异性抗体能力明显减低,而DNase、Pronase对其则无明显影响。
In this paper,ELISA was used to detect the specific antibody against respiratory syncycial virus (RSV) induced by RSV-i-RNA in mice and the kinetics of the antibody was observed. The results showed that RSV-i-RNA can induce the specific antibody. The activity was markedly higher in mice sensitized by RSV-i-RNA than in normal mice and the mice sensitized by N-RNA,The antibody appeared at 24 h,reached the peak at 72 h,and returned to the nomal level on 11th day after the injection.
The immune response mediated by RSV-i-RNA was blocked when RSV-i-RNA was treated with RNase. Treatment of DNase and Pronase did not affect the activity of RSV-i-RNA.
