提高年度环境质量报告书编制水平的思考

Consideration of improving the compiling level of the yearly report on environmental quality

通过对河南省 2 0 0 2年度各省辖市环境质量报告的调查分析 ,针对编制中存在的主要问题 ,提出制定省级规范 ,统一评价方法、评价模式和评价因子 ,增强对环境质量的定性分析 ,进一步加强环境质量变化原因分析 ,提高环境质量报告书的社会性和可读性 ,开展多种形式的交流活动 。

Through analyzing 2002 reports on environmental quality on all the cities of Henan under the Jurisdiction,this paper presents establishing criterions at provincial level in allusion to the key problem on compiling.The purpose is to unify evaluative methods,models and items,to improve qualitative analysis of environmental quality,to do more analysis of their changes,to increase the report's sociality and readability,to develop multiformal intercommunion and improve the whole compiling level of the yearly reports on environmental qua-lity.
