软交换在中国的应用

Soft-switch in China

软交换目前在国内尚无规模应用,主要仍局限于试验网和小规模商用。未来的应用包括以下方面:为电话网未覆盖区域和尚无电话网的运营商提供话音业务;追求电话和数据业务的融合;丰富业务多样性,增加收入;向NGN过渡。目前,软交换应用还存在一些问题,如控制和承载分离后可能会在连接中断的情况下对计费产生影响;其次,还有远端供电、组网、编号等问题。随着技术的成熟和诸多问题的解决,软交换在我国将会有更多的应用。

Until now there's no large-scale application of soft-switch technology in China. Some soft-switch trial and local commercial operation is in progress. The future applications included voice, convergence of voice and data, which would bring more diverse services and revenue, and make base for transition toward NGN. Some problems existed for soft-switch, for example the separation of control and bearing would effect billing when connection was broken. Other problems included remote power supply, network organization, numbering etc. Soft-switch will be adopted in more cases in China as the matu-ring of technology and solutions.
