Design and Implementation of the Backward Function in OLAP Systems

该文论述了用户使用联机分析处理 (OLAP)系统时 ,回退功能对整个分析过程所具有的重要意义。在系统已有的上卷、下挖、切片、切块等功能基础上 ,提出基于缓存的数据存储和访问机制 ,设计并实现了回退功能 ,提高了OLAP查询效率。

The Backward function is important for the whole analysis while we use an On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP) system. Based on the functions of Roll Up, Drill Down, Slice and Dice,this paper designs and implements the Backward function on the cache of data storage and access, making the system more efficient.
