摘要
金属材料快速凝固激光表面加工与高性能金属零件快速凝固激光成形技术 ,是材料科学与工程及先进制造技术交叉学科前沿热点研究领域之一。本文介绍了作者所在实验室近年来在先进高温耐磨耐蚀金属间化合物多功能涂层新材料快速凝固激光熔覆合成 /制备技术、钛合金及高温合金等高性能金属零件快速凝固激光成形技术等领域的研究进展 ,主要内容包括 :激光熔覆高温耐磨耐蚀多功能金属间化合物涂层、钛合金及高温合金高性能零部件激光快速成形、难熔高活性金属材料及定向生长柱状晶钛合金激光约束熔铸成形技术等。
Rapid solidification laser materials surface processing and rapid solidification laser direct manufacturing of high-performance metallic components are two of the most active research areas in the interdisciplinary fields of materials science and engineering and advanced manufacturing technologies. This paper briefly reports the research progress currently undertaken in the authors' laboratory on rapid solidification laser surface modifications of advanced metallic materials,rapid solidification laser cladding for high-temperature wear and corrosion resistant multifunctional intermetallic coatings,and rapid solidification laser additive manufacturing for high performance metallic components. The main contents include rapid solidification laser cladding for high-temperature wear and corrosion resistant multi-functional intermetallic coatings,liquid/solid interface structure and growth mechanisms of typical faceted phase under non-equilibrium rapid solidification conditions,laser additive direct manufacturing of high performance titanium and nickel-base alloys,laser constrained melting/forming of refractory metals and intermetallic alloys,and directionally solidified columnar grained titanium alloys.
