摘要
本文通过生产实践的数据,统计分析了氮气在粉针剂中保护原粉的原理;粉针剂分装充氮就是根据氮气排出针剂内的气体,依氮气的惰性缓解药品色级的变化,从而保持药品疗效。
The monopoly thor- oughly analyze the theory of ni- trogen's proteetive funetion in dis- trihution of powder for injection accerding to the data obtained in producing practice it is the theo- ry that filling nitrogen to push out the air in powder and keep the medicine's color from chang- ing,to protect it's therapeutie ef- feet.
