通过羧甲基纤维素 (CMC)与硬脂酸酰氯在 DMF介质中反应制备疏水化水溶性羧甲基纤维素 ,讨论了羧甲基纤维素、硬脂酸酰氯用量 ,p H值 ,反应温度 ,溶剂对反应的影响 ,确定了适宜的反应条件 :羧甲基纤维素 10g,硬脂酸酰氯 2 .5 g,p H8~ 10 ,反应温度 6 0℃ ,反应时间 4
A new type of hydrophobic water-soluble carboxylmethyl cellulose was prepared by reaction of carboxylmethyl cellulose with stearyl chloride. The influence factors, such as the usage of carboxylmethyl cellulose and stearyl chloride, pH, reaction temperature, were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained: carboxylmethyl cellulose 10g, palmityl chloride 2.5g,pH 8~10, 60℃,4h in dimethylfomamide media.
