摘要 目的 :探讨机器人辅助手术系统在腹腔镜外科手术中的应用。方法 :应用美国摩星有限公司生产的AE SOP30 0 0型 +HERMES机器人系统行腹腔镜胆囊切除术 39例 ,肝囊肿开窗手术 2例 ,和肾囊肿开窗手术 2例。结果 :本组机器人辅助腹腔镜手术 4 3例均顺利完成 ,无术中中转手术 ,患者无疾病本身手术风险外的附加危险。结论 :AE SOP30 0 0型 +HERMES机器人系统具有智能化、人性化的特点 ,通过人机合一的配合 ,提供稳定、高清晰图像 ,减轻术者疲劳 ,使手术更安全 ,具有广阔的应用前景。 Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of robot assisted laparoscopic surgery. Methods: AESOP3000 and HERMES system (ComputerMotion,USA) was used in laparoscopic cholecytstectomy for 39 cases,laparoscopic fenestration of liver cyst for 2 cases and laparoscopic fenestration of kidney cyst for 2 cases. Results: All the laparoscopic procedures were performed smoothly with the robot assist system. There was no case turned to open surgery during the procedure. Conclusion: AESOP3000 and HERMES system had the special characters with high intelligence and humanization. Using this system,laparoscopic surgical procedure can be safely achieved,and it can make the “view zone”more clearly and stable,thus can relieve the fatigue of surgeon. This technique will play an important role in surgical practice.
