摘要
采用搪瓷工艺利用含有磷灰石和硅灰石的生物活性玻璃陶瓷(A W)对钛合金Ti 6Al 4V进行两次涂层.对钛合金基体表面在不同温度与时间下进行预氧化处理,形成氧化物过渡层,作为玻璃和金属间粘结的媒介.氧化膜的厚度在3~6μm时,涂层与基体结合良好.最佳预氧化工艺为950℃×10min。通过喷砂使表面粗糙度增加,利于元素的扩散及化学键合,提高了涂层与基体的结合强度.钛合金经涂烧后制备的生物活性复合材料符合人工关节的性能要求.
The bioactive glass-ceramics composites that is consisted of phosphorite and silicon lapidarian were synthesized by twice coating on titanium alloy (Ti-6Al-4V). The interface layer generated during pre-oxidation is a suitable medium to combine the coating and matrix. When the oxidation layer is about 3~6 μm, the bonding between the coating and the matrix is excellent. The optimized technique is 950℃ pre-oxidation temperature and 10min soaking time. Blasting process was used to increase the surface roughness, accelerate the diffusion process, and improve the adhesion strength. The properties of bioactive glass-ceramics composites prepared by coatings on titanium alloy are qualified for the use of making artificial arthrosis.
