摘要
通过采用在钛合金TC4(Ti 6Al 4V)表面喷涂锆英石粉料来获得保护层的办法 ,研究了锆英石陶瓷涂层对钛合金TC4在高温拉伸试验时超塑性成形的影响。结果表明 ,锆英石涂层减轻了钛合金表面的高温氧化程度 ,提高了钛合金TC4的超塑性性能。
By making use of the zircon coating layer on the TC4(Ti-6Al-4V) alloy sprayed by plasma spray, the effect of oxidation during high temperature on the superplastic ability of TC4 alloy was studied by performing elevated temperature tensile tests。The results show that the zircon coating prevented oxidation during the high temperature from the tensile tests and the superplastic ability of TC4 alloy had been improved.
