摘要
试验和分析了结晶器电磁搅拌 (M EMS)对 0 6 %C钢Φ4 5 0mm连铸圆坯的中心等轴晶区比率 ,碳、硫偏析 ,疏松和非金属夹杂物数量、大小和分布的影响。结果表明 ,经 4 5 0A电磁搅拌后圆铸坯中平均中心等轴晶的比率由未经电磁搅拌的 7 6 %提高到 5 8 1% ,碳偏析指数由 1 10降至 1 0 3,硫偏析指数由 1 15降至1 0 9,圆铸坯平均氧含量降低 4 5× 10 - 6 ,夹杂物含量和尺寸均明显降低。
The effect of mould-electromagnetic stirring (M-EMS) on center equiaxial crystal zone proportion, carbon and sulfur segregation, porosity, and amount, size and distribution of non-metallic inclusion in Φ450 mm concasting round billet of 0.6C steel has been tested and analyzed. The results showed that the average center equiaxial crystal zone proportion in casting billet with M-EMS increased to 58.1% from 7.6% in billet without M-EMS, the carbon segregation index decreased to 1.03 from 1.10, the sulfur segregation index decreased to 1.09 from 1.15, the average oxygen content decreased by 4.5×10 -6, and the amount and size of inclusions decreased also obviously in round casting billet.
