摘要
在分析武钢ZR3#森吉米尔 (Sendzimer)带钢冷轧机 (工作辊Φ6 3.5mm× 1180mm ,第一中间辊Φ10 2mm ,第二中间辊Φ173mm)冷轧硅钢片的轧制工艺和辊型对钢板横向精度控制影响的基础上 ,调整和改进ASU轧辊的辊型和 1~ 4道次的压下工艺 :减少压下设定张力 ,并将上工作辊改为两端带锥度的平辊 ,下工作辊仍采用 3%凸辊。改进后轧制结果表明 ,ZR3#轧机轧制的无取向低牌号硅钢板的边降区由 30~ 5 0mm缩小到 2 5mm以内 ,横向厚度差由 2 5 μm减小到 15 μm。
Based on analysis on the effect of roll contour and rolling technology for cold rolled silicon-steel sheet on control of transversal thickness of the sheet rolled by ZR3# Sendzimer Cold Strip Mill with working roll Φ63.5 mm× 1 180 mm, first intermediate rolls Φ102 mm and second intermediate rolls Φ173 mm at Wuhan Iron and Steel, the roll contour of ASU roller and reduction technology of 1~4 pass are readjusted and improved, that is, the given tension force for reduction is reduced and the upper working roll is modified to flat roll with taper at both end but the lower working roll is still to use 3% convex roll. After improvement the rolling results show that the edge thickness reduced area of low grade non-oriented electrical silicon steel sheet rolled by ZR3# mill reduces to less than 25 mm from original 30~50 mm, and the difference in transversal thickness decreases to 15 μm from 25 μm.
