双向应力场下挤出SGF/PE/PP管材强度的研究 被引量:1

Study of the Strength of SGF/PE-HD/PP Pipes Extruded in Circular and Axial Stress Fields

摘要 利用自行研制的剪切拉伸双向应力场挤管机头装置生产出了含量仅为 3 %短玻纤增强的高密度聚乙烯 /聚丙烯管材 ,研究了周向剪切应力场的剪切套转速及剪切应力场段温度等工艺条件对管材周向和轴向强度的影响。结果表明 :周向剪切应力场可明显改善管材的周向强度 ,轴向拉伸可实现管材轴向增强。 Using shearing-drawing two-dimensional stress field die developed by the authors, short glass fiber (SGF, 3 %) reinforced PE-HD/PP blend pipes were extruded. The effects of shearing and temperature on the tensile strength of the pipe were studied. It was found that the circular shearing and axial tensile increased the circular and axial strength of the pipe, respectively.
