摘要
针对玻璃熔窑温度系统的精确数学模型难以建立的特点 ,本文采用以稳定玻璃液温度为目标的双环模糊控制方案。通过对熔窑特性和结构的分析 ,提出了一种由模糊PID控制器和预估模糊控制器组成的新型双环模糊控制器 ,并分别对两种模糊控制算法进行了研究。将该控制器用于玻璃熔窑的温度控制中 ,通过现场实际运行 ,降低了温度控制指标 ,提高了玻璃产品的质量 ,证明了该项成果的有效性。
Since the accurate math model of glass furnace is very difficult to be established, a two-links fuzzy control scheme for a steady glass temperature is proposed in this paper. According to the structure and feature of a glass furnace, a novel fuzzy controller with two links is put forward, which is consists of a fuzzy PID controller and a predictive fuzzy controller, and the two fuzzy control algorithms are researched respectively. The controller is adopted to control the temperature of the glass furnace. By practical operating results, the target value of temperature is decreased and the glass quality is improved, thus the output is increased. All these prove the effectiveness of this technique.
