Optimal Model of Multi-Echelon Inventory Based on Callaborative Demand Forecasting

摘要 基于核心制造企业的多级库存控制系统,提出了采用合作需求预测确定订购临界点,并建立了由供应网络、核心企业、分销网络组成的多级库存系统优化模型。该模型在满足供应链上各节点企业订单执行率的条件下,通过确定最佳订购批量,有效地控制库存量,实现供应链的总库存成本极小化。 Collaborative demand foreasting is used to determine the reorder point and an optimal model of multi-echelon inventory covering supply network, core enterprise and distribution network is proposed. In the suggested model, the total supply chain inventory cost is minimized by the test ordering batch being obtained and the stock level bring effectively controlled while the order executing rates of all supply chain nodes are met.
