摘要
文中详述了FG2 0 0 0螺旋分级机下轴头组件轴封装置改造 ,原组件采用石棉盘根密封 ,存在着使用时间短 ,致易损件 (下轴头、轴承、填料套等 )更换频繁的弊病。改造后 ,用V型密封装置替代了石棉盘根 ,取得了良好效果 。
The previous shaft seal of down boom attachment in FG2000 screw grader is sealed with asbestos sealing components, which has such defects as short working life and frequent replacement of gudgeons, axletrees and padding rings.The replacement of asbestos sealing components with V sealing set brings about satisfactory effect, insuring the continuity and stability of ore dressing.
