摘要
分析比较了各种煤气分析方法的优缺点 ,指出炉顶煤气连续分析系统开发的难点在于样气的净化处理 ,阐述了样气净化装置的工作原理 ,介绍了炉顶煤气连续分析系统的构成、安装、功能和使用注意事项。在马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司新 1号高炉上应用实践表明 :该系统对炉况判断、冷却设备检漏、喷煤速率变化监测和热风炉烧炉都有重要意义。
The merits and demerits of different analyzing methods for top gas of blast furnace were compared. The difficulty of the continuously automatic analyzing system lies in purification process of gas sample. This paper describes the working theory of purification device developed by Anhui University of Technology and outlines structure, installation, functions and operating instructions of the analyzing system. The application in No.1 BF at Ma'anshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd. proves that the system is greatly beneficial to judging furnace conditions, detecting water leakage of cooling equipment, and monitor the change of pulverized coal injection rate and burning of hot stove.
