摘要
采用最优试验设计方法 ,建立了烧结合理配矿的统计模型 ,对该模型进行单因素分析 ,可以解析各矿种对烧结矿产量和质量的影响 ;运用最优化理论在烧结统计性模型上寻优 ,得出了获得最佳烧结指标值时的各种矿的定量搭配关系。模型较正确地反映了各种矿不同搭配后烧结的规律性。研究得出 :将 D精矿用于烧结 ,将 A精矿用于球团配矿 ,可使鞍钢铁矿资源实现合理配置。
Regression models on ore matching for sintering are established by optimal designs of experiments method. The effects of single ore factor on sinter yield and quality can be analyzed also. Based on the mathematical model of ore matching with the optimal theory , the numerical relationships between one ore with the others were given while obtaining optimum sintering indexes. The values calculated by this model quite agrees with experimental data. The result showed that the ore D applied to sintering mainly and the ore A for the use of ore matching of pellet production can put Angang's ore resources to rational use.
