摘要
为节约燃料成本 ,在主系统——传统燃油系统不变的条件下 ,增加蓄热式燃烧系统。改造主要内容 :在加热炉炉顶、炉端墙、钢结构、水梁、步进机构全部不动的条件下更换炉两侧墙 ,安装空煤气蓄热烧嘴。新增供煤气、供风系统 ,新增蓄热式排烟系统 ,新增换向系统 ,新增燃气控制系统。对投产后出现的问题进行了分析 ,提出油气混烧的可行性及应注意的事项。
To reduce the fuel consumption, re-construction project of adding the regenerative combustion system without changing the main traditional oil-combustion system is carried out. The revamping job concerns following aspect, the old side-wall was removed and the air and gas regenerative burners installed on both sides of the furnace. The air and gas supplied system, regenerative fume-ejecting system, direction changing system and the gas-controlled system were added. Problems happened after putting into production are analyzed and the feasibility of oil and gas mixed combustion and notices are also put forwarded.
