摘要
针对姑山磁选精矿料堆雨季经常发生塌方的现象 ,运用土力学原理 ,对该矿的类别、相对粘稠度、抗剪强度等物理性能进行了检测和判定 ;从料堆的形状、堆积方式 ,堆积高度及四周环境等方面 ,分析了料堆塌方原因和过程。在此基础上 ,提出了加强料场排水以提高料堆堆脚部位稳定性 ;改变堆料工艺参数 ,提高料堆边坡部位稳定性等措施 ,防止料堆塌方。
In order to solve the problems that the Gushan concentrates ore piles landslip took place frequently, the physical properties such as the ore type, relative thickness, shearing strength etc. were tested and identified. And the reasons and courses of landslip were analyzed through the pile shape, pile height, and surrounding condition. Based on the analysis, the measures that intensifyingyard drainage to enhance the stability of pile base, and modifying process parameters to enhance the stability of pile slope, were proposed.
