科技发展 ,一日千里 ,计算机已从单机时代过渡到网络时代。网络时代衍生出的一种严重危害社会的犯罪形态———网络犯罪 ,已呈愈演愈烈之势。这种现象很大程度上是由于网络犯罪“犯罪场”与传统犯罪相比 ,在时空因素、被害人因素及犯罪控制机制弱化因素等三个方面具有特殊性 。
With the tremendous development of science and technology, the computer has already transited from 'isolated time' to 'cyber time'. Thus, the network crimes, one kind of criminal formation that seriously endanger the society, keep growing in intensity. The causes for this kind of phenomenon, to a great extent, are that --' crime field ' of the network crimes has particularity in space-and-time factor, victim factor and weakened crime-controlling mechanism factor when comparing with traditional crimes, and it is relatively difficult in preventing and controlling crimes.
