摘要
辨认与指认既有区别也有联系 ,目前侦查中辨认与指认混用。侦查人员在侦查实践中应根据不同情形正确使用辨认与指认 ;再次修改我国《刑事诉讼法》时 ,应在“侦查”程序中专节规定“辨认”。
The'Identification 'and 'Recognition'in criminal investigation has distinction and relation as well. However,currently they are being used with mixture. Therefore,the detective staff should use them correctly according to different circumstances in practical work.What's more,the 'Identification' should be defined as a specified item when our'Criminal Procedure Law'is rectified next time.
