在高等学校,图书馆工作不被重视,很重要的原因就是缺少严格意义上的图书馆学研究。指出提高图书馆学研究的学术层次,规范科学研究的过程和方法,争取高质量的科学研究成果,是高校图书馆工作人员实现其人生价值的有效途径。

The colleges and universities don't attach importance to the library work because of the shortage of the research on the library science in strict meaning. This paper points out that the effective way for university librarians to realize their life value is to increase the academic level of the research of the library science, to regulate the process and method of the scientific research, and to strive for the high-quality scientific research achievements.
