This paper expounds the features, types and functions of enterprise's gray documents, introduces some methods and channels of collecting the gray documents of the opponents and some problems needing attention in the course of the collection, and points out that the enterprises, which want to obtain sustainable development, must pay great attention to collecting and utilizing the gray documents of the opponents.
