论终身学习与信息素质的关系

Discussion on the Relation between the Lifetime Learning and the Information Quality

社会信息化对人们的素质,尤其是信息素质提出了更高的要求,使终身学习成为生存与发展的需要。论证了终身学习与信息素质的关系,指出终身学习是提高信息素质的重要手段;同时,信息素质的提高又有利于终身学习,两者是相辅相成的。

The social informatization, which puts forward higher requirements for people's quality, especially the information quality, makes the lifetime learning become the demand of the existence and development. This paper discusses on the relation between the lifetime learning and the information quality, and points out that the lifetime learning is an important means for increasing the information quality, and the information quality is helpful to the lifetime learning, both of the two are supplementary to each other.
