摘要
总结了近年来山西省在科技创新体系建设方面取得的成就和存在的问题,提出了今后建设山西科技创新体系的指导思想和战略模式以及山西科技创新系统的目标体系,并对山西科技创新体系的建设提出了一些建议。
This paper sums up the obtained achievements and existing problems in aspect of recent year's construction of Shanxi Sci-tech Innovation System (SSIS), puts forward the guiding thought and strategical model of the further construction of SSIS and the target system of SSIS, and advances some suggestions for the construction of SSIS.
