摘要 高舒适度节能住宅是住宅建设发展的方向,高舒适度节能住宅的设计尤为重要。高舒适度节能住宅的设计包括以下3个方面的内容:一是合理化的墙体(包括屋面)材料的选择和墙体设计;二是合理化的窗型设计;三是遮阳设施设计。由于外墙、屋面的外窗保温隔热的周密设计,使得采用天棚低温辐射供暖系统及下送上排式通风系统成为可能。 The energy-saving residence with high-comfortability is the develo ping direction for the construction of the residence. And the design of the ener gy-saving residence with high-comfortability, which is particularly important, includes the contents of three aspects: the first is the rational selection of the wall (including the roof) materials and the design of the wall; the second i s the rational design of the window forms; the third is the design of the shadin g facilities. The detailed design of the thermal insulation of the external wall and the external windows on the roof makes it be possible to adopt the dome low -temperature radiation heating system and the lower air supply and upper air ex haust type ventilating system.
