The determination of the soft ground treating schemes must consider about the treating fees, material origins, machines and tools performances, cons truction period requirements and other influencing factors besides considering t he bearing capacity and the deformation of the ground. Through the engineering e xamples, this paper expounds the application of the sand-gravel blended aggrega te in the back-filling of the big-excavation of the foundation ditch.
