摘要
加入WTO后,企业的改革将发生变化,企业改革最重要的是解决制度创新问题。产权制度改革、企业家的价值和企业的分配制度将影响着企业制度创新,文章对此做了具体论述。
After entering WTO, the reform of the enterprises will be greatly ch anged; the must of the enterprises is to solve the problem of the system innovat ion that will be influenced by the reform of the property right system, the valu e of the enterprisers and the distribution system of the enterprises. This paper makes concrete discussion on it.
