Starting from the right understanding and recognition of the relatio n between the generalized culture and the restricted culture, this paper expound s the relation between 'the cultural management' and 'the scientific management' , probes into the connotation of enterprise culture and the essence of the enter prise cultural management, and points out that enterprise cultural management is an important mode for enterprise to realize the effective management, and peopl e should have the right recognition of the relation among the hereditament, deve lopment and innovation.
