介绍并分析了加厚型扭矩螺母在煤巷复合顶板、破碎顶板下的适应性和使用情况,结果表明:加厚型扭矩螺母在全锚杆巷道支护中的使用,成功地解决了全锚巷道锚杆安装工序繁琐的难题,锚杆支护实现了注锚一体化,有效地提高了掘进单进水平,为矿井的高产高效创造了有利条件。

This paper introduces and analyzes the applicability and service con dition of the thickening torque nut in the coal road's compound roof and broken roof, the results show that the application of the thickening torque nut in the coal road full bolding solves successfully the problem of the difficult erection of the bolts in fully anchored coal road. The integration of the pouring and an choring is realized and the drivage ratio is effectively increased through the b olding, creating the beneficial conditions for the coal mine to get high-yield and high-efficiency.
