合成氨生产过程中,造气炉消耗的能量占整个合成氨总能耗的60%以上。因此,降低造气炉能耗是降低合成氨能耗的一个重要方面。降低造气炉能耗的方法有以下几种:一是选择最佳工艺操作条件;二是降低半水煤气的消耗量;三是增设吹风气回收装置。
In the production of synthetic ammonia, the energy consumption of th e gas-making furnace accounts for 60 %or more of the total energy consumption of the synthetic ammonia. So reducing the energy consumption of the gas-making furnace is an important aspect of reducing the energy consumption of the synthet ic ammonia. There are three methods of reducing the energy consumption of the ga s-making furnace, the first is to select the optimum technical operating condit ion, the second is to reduce the consumption of the semiwater gas, and the third is to add the air recovery device.
